Customer Remote Assistance

 

Remote assistance allows an authorized UConn technician to gain access to your Windows or Macintosh computer to help resolve computer problems. By typing the Session Code and clicking Send, you are authorizing the technician to remotely access your computer. This allows the technician to view and control your computer (mouse/keyboard). You will be able to see everything he/she is doing on your monitor. Note: During the remote connection session, you have the ability to disconnect the technician at any time by clicking the Cancel button.

 

When working with the technician, they will provide you with a Session Code to input below. When you click Send, the remote connection session will be initiated.
