1. For new technical support requests, you must contact the UITS Help Center at (860) 486-4357 or email them at HelpCenter@UConn.edu
2. If this is an existing technical support issue and you already have an HelpCenter log number (ie. PR123456), then you may contact the TSS dispatcher at (860) 486-5620
